January 17, 20169 yr comment_226323 Reading through the comments section on any Thorpe park social media post is enough to kill any brain cells you once had. I love how most presume it's a rollercoaster or a show. Yep, Thorpe are opening a new £30M show, obviously.

January 17, 20169 yr comment_226327 Some of my personal favourites... I covered some names for privacy reasons.
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226328 Thorpe have posted the "1" image now. I think the ride will called 0.
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226334 Ripper street covered the famous whitechapel Train crash a couple years back. I think the crash was around 1884 and was on a bridge. Victorian Era, Clearly something to do with a steam train, the project is codenamed whitechapel, just can't work out where Automatons fit into the train crash. Purely speculating and we may find out more tomorrow, but it points that way for a theme ...... plus automatons. - Immersive tunnel anyone? - lol

January 17, 20169 yr comment_226336 this attraction had better not have a mirror maze inside of it. I HATE mirror mazes.
January 17, 20169 yr Popular Post comment_226337 this attraction had better not have a mirror maze inside of it. I HATE mirror mazes. Coming from the guy with "The London Dungeon" in his avatar and signature...
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226339 I am fairly certain it will have a mirror maze. All depends upon how it's executed and what effects they can pull off inside it.
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226340 Would be the worlds most expensive mirror maze by tens of millions of pounds...And the train on the badge is to an American design. Could mean something, could mean absolutely nothing.
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226354 Coming from the guy with "The London Dungeon" in his avatar and signature... have you been through the dungeons maze? it's so cramped in there..... just cause I love the dungeons does not mean I have to like EVERYTHING. also has anyone just seen the photo Derren uploaded to facebook??
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226355 Tickets at the ready! My adrenaline-pumping secret attraction with THORPE PARK Official will finally be revealed tomorrow morning. #mindswanted Derren just posted this on FB
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226356 Derren Brown has just posted an image of a train ticket on Facebook saying it's he end of the line. Where it says 'Class' it has DBGT. Could this confirm it will be called Derren Brown's Ghost Train?
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226357 Derren just posted this on FB Class: DBGTDerren Browns Ghost Train? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226358 Also it confirms a Victorian theme as the price says 1 shilling but we already knew that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226359 Could the number underneath the "Price: 1 Shilling" mean anything?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226362 I think Derren Brown's Ghost Train will definitely be the name of this attraction. Merlin registered www.derrenbrownsghosttrain.Co.uk in September. Nothing on it yet though.

January 17, 20169 yr comment_226367 You can't post that without any reference to where it's from you tease! Also regarding 08672016 it could be related to August 1967?
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226368 Also came across this article, haven't seen it posted already: http://www.alva.org.uk/details.cfm?p=413&codeid=320805 Ha just found that too, sounds awesome if you ask me! Still leaves a lot to the imagination, but gives us a rough idea of what it could be. Can imagine it will leave some people disappointed as it sounds rather scare attraction-esque to me, but I am totally up for it! Hopefully Thorpe can pull this one off! If they're using HTC Vive we should be in for one hell of a treat, they're apparently the best VR headsets out there and won't make people sick.
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226370 "Moreton revealed that virtual reality would be one of the elements used to create the illusions, using an HTC Vive headset within the train. He was keen to stress however that the attraction is not a VR experience." Urgh! Upon entering the 2,300sq m (25,000sq ft) warehouse encompassing the ride, guests will encounter a large disused Victorian warehouse, which in its centre will have a 20 metre (65 foot) -long, seven tonne Victorian train carriage suspended in mid air by iron chains. Wonder where they will get a train carriage from?
January 17, 20169 yr comment_226371 "One of the attraction’s key elements, is that each rider will have a unique experience. On the 10-15 minute ride, there are 12 possible journeys to get to two alternate endings. Dependant on choices made, each individual rider will encounter a different path as they go through the experience Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Different routes hopefully means high throughput
