January 21, 201510 yr comment_201402 A minor improvement for somewhere like Europa is when a shop, restaurant or ride receive a hefty refurbishment. For merlin, this would be something like new signs or vinyl thrming. If they did any of the s I've, they'd considet that a major refurbishment. That being said Europa has one big budget whilst Merlins had to be divided many times.

March 9, 201510 yr comment_204699 Ah, theme parks when run competently, successfully and with actual people in mind.
March 9, 201510 yr comment_204701 My favourite addition is the two dark ride portions to Whale Adventures... It just screams as the most pointless addition possibly ever, but it's something that will 100% improve the current ride experience... Also, new 4D show <3
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204712 Can't wait. I'll be in that Austrian beer garden come May, I just know it.
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204729 I have to go back! All this attention to detail is why I fell in love with Europa in the first place!!!
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204749 I just really want go (but DISNEY must come first (plus 2016 could be the year it happens)). I don't want to go alone though If I don't go Europa by 2017 I will burn down the other half of Paris
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204754 Europa is one of the parks I need to go to, just by reading people's posts about it makes me go all tingly. Someone smuggle me in their suitcase, I'll buy you a beer.
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204772 Liseberg, Phantasialand, Heide and Europa are all parks on my list...but I need to make a return to Islands of Adventure first off...
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204785 Visit Europa-Park ahead of everything but Tokyo Disney. Fixed that for you...
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204796 Which is the closest airport and how easy is it to get to Europa from there? Could be a spontaneous trip happening
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204798 Baden-Baden if you're ok with Ryanair... Basel-Freiburg-Mulhouse if you actually want to enjoy your flight... It's about an hour from Basel to Europa, there are many routes to take to get there, be it via public transport, which involves trains, or booking a taxi in advance (€100 each way ish) if you're lazy... You could even hire a car, but I don't see the point unless you're going to head off to other nearby parks, but Holiday Park and Tripsdrill aren't great, and you won't get bored of Europa...
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204800 Shameless plug... www.towersstreet.com/talk/threads/europa-park-2015-trip-planning-questions-and-advice.100/ You won't find a more comprehensive guide to planning a trip to Europa-Park from Britain online.
March 10, 201510 yr comment_204805 Visit Angry Birds Land at Thorpe. Bask in happiness forever more. Don't bother with Europa-Park; it's in a different league. Fixed that for you... Fixed it for you both
March 23, 201510 yr comment_205801 English language trailer for EP's new custom made 4D film - the follow up to the immensely popular Secret of Balthasar Castle, which closed at the end of last season. THE TIME CAROUSEL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l8-p4e5Y7iY
March 24, 201510 yr comment_205839 This is the new queue for their Seastorm ride (Colombus Dinghy)... Ridiculous and unrequired... But it's fantastic...
March 27, 201510 yr comment_206002 It's that time of year where Europa toot their own horn and have a video showing off ALL the new additions for the season! 'Small' investment year... Also, here's the new look Seastorm: A true thing of beauty...
March 27, 201510 yr comment_206008 That just looks amazing!!!!!!! And to see their doing so much for what is clearly a low investment year. This place looks like it wipes the floor with Alton Towers (in the present day). Think I know where I want to try and visit next year.
