Benin
Always reason to update it, but there's only so many ways one can say it looks fantastic... It's not even a surprise the details come coming...

JoshC.
Source (in Dutch) - http://www.vijfzintuigen.nl/forum/136/24466.186 I think this really shows the scale of the building we're looking at! Ian-S and J.S217
alexander
the park's so pretty ugh
Altitude
The shade of brown they painted the wheel doesn't go in my opinion but that's just me being picky!
Mark9
I hope there's enough going on in that building to justify all the excitedness. I'd hate for it to be style over substance
AstroDan
My concern is that looking at it - there's not going to be that sexy dark ride bit like DVH bit hopefully the queue will be of similar quality.
J.S217
So happy I have two days here <
stretchy
Ho hum, This simply isn't a patch on merlins theming. I cant see a shipping container or dirty derelict building anywhere. Matt 236 and Ian-S
AstroDan
I've been 3 times now. Efteling is a lovely park which finds a theming balance somewhere in the middle of Phantasialand and Europa-Park. It does, however, lack in terms of ride stock and on busier days queues get long and they don't extend. Operational standards vary, too. In fact, they close rides earlier than ride close to run off the queue which is very irritating. It isn't perfection but is a lovely place to just 'be'. Some of their thematic detail is truly wonderful. BenC
Altitude
Both wheels are up and christ does this thing look good! I take back what I said about not liking the shade of brown... Photo from vijfzintuigen.nl
Mitchada04
This thing is just I won't even be annoyed if it's not open when I go as long as I can stare at it I want one! With this <3 PLEASEEEEEE! Don't want to wait two months The coaster may turn out meh but it'll look superb! And to think these will spin http://www.vijfzintuigen.nl/
Benin
Bear in mind only the spokes of the wheel will spin... Very unfortunate really... Looks amazing though... Surprised they haven't tested it at all yet though...
TraX
It's lovely to see a pathway so close to the track, without a huge fence and netting. Cal
Project LC
Well health and safety put the huge fences and netting there. It would seem that efteling are in a place with a little more relaxed rules, or they have something else that satisfies H&S.
Ian-S
H&S rules are very much more relaxed in The Netherlands.
Altitude
Surely because there's no pattern on the thick outside park of the wheels, it will be harder to notice that it's not spinning too?
Altitude
Double post but look how nice Baron looks in the sunshine! Cal
Mark9
I'm thinking once this opens, might need to give you and Baron some privacy. JoshC., Matt 236, Altitude and 3 others

Altitude
Sickening. I love it <3 There's no point in me even commenting my opinion on this coaster anymore as it's always going to be positive. EDIT - I just watched the video again, and noticed this which I probably should have listened to before. This thing will be amazing.
AstroDan
Everything on this is incredibly beautifully amazing. Layout aside. Oh I do love Efteling! <
BenC
Efteling recorded a +6% rise in attendance to 4.4m in 2014, despite no new attractions that year. The increase in guests was largely driven by foreign visitors, and might put the Park at #3 or #4 in Europe now (possibly displacing Tivoli Copenhagen / Studios Paris - complete figures from AECOM to come soon). Odds on that Baron will contribute to even greater success this year... http://www.telegraaf.nl/binnenland/23987773/__Recordaantal_bezoekers_Efteling__.html Growth even when nothing new is added - a mark of a quality product
Benin
They're also bigging up the UK market this year so it'll be interesting to see if that impacts further on the attendance, since atm it's a very small number of guests...
