  1. I still find it completely, random, that Blair Witch could possibly return. I understand it’s looking likely; but with Timber Tug in its entrance, and the fact it’s a Lionsgate IP maze it doesn’t make logical sense. I was never a fan of the Lionsgate mazes. For me, BW I never had a good / exciting run; likewise with MBV; and Cabin, I just felt was a bizarre take on an awful film and it never particularly enthralled me. But then I was always an advocate for Big Top and Studio’s one year (never did Asylum / pre Studio days). In honesty, I don’t care for Platform either. So without BT, it does look like a disinteresting year for Fright Nights for the reasons others have already stated.

    Stealth

I believe the sign with Edge was installed at one point, and some merch with the name on was made, but never sold. There might be some of it still out there though I guess. Other names that were considered, but didn't get as far as Edge, were Humdinger and Jonny Rocket's Drag Race.

Yes, agree - friends who had never rode it before did so in April when I visited, and they didn't know the secret, and were very impressed.

  7. Whilst we may find out something today, I can’t see them announcing their full fright night plans from one pop badge release - but we will see!

    Fear on a Ride

Youve done incredibly well - very pleased for you as I know myself I used to have a huge fear of rides so a big pat on the back. If you’re off to Thorpe then you’ll be absolutely fine on Swarm and Inferno. Saw is my favourite there but I can understand people don’t like the look of it. On my nieces first go on Saw back in 2015 she literally cried but got off and declared that she loved it and has since ridden it over 50 times (she was only 11 on her first go) so you never know. Have a fab time and let us know how you get on!

    Fear on a Ride

Well, about to leave Alton Towers having been on The Smiler, Nemesis and Rita. Absolutely buzzing, only coaster I didnt get on was Oblivion down to time (although my friend and mum did, and I probably would have if it wasnt for my sister whod done about 2 rides and wanted to go on Wicker Man). Nemesis was probably the best, Smiler 2nd and Rita ranks pretty low in my top 10. Had three goes on Nemesis in the end, Ill post a bit more when I get home and have an actual keyboard.
