pognoi
IT JUST LOOKS SO YUMMY OMG PLEASE I am literally laughing with joy at the development Phantasia have made. This looks simply incredible. Although I'm sad to hear nighthawk might be the next to go, kinda have a soft spot for that old hag. Matt 236
Taron is looking fab. Or generally the whole of Phantasia (with exceptions). Some of those last pics, remind me of Efteling somewhat. With Atlantis closed/ripped up this year, I'd be surprised if anything else (bar the surrounding Atlantis area maybe) will be removed. Night Hawk will probably go first though I reckon with Hollywood being the last, maybe in 2017. I'm just hoping it's still open later this year when I hope to go (as awful as I've heard it is). Benin
Apparently the Atlantis (and events stuff) will be the only things going, so Night Hawk still has time... It's that or the ghost train next on the chopping board that's for certain...
Mark9
Do we know if this is just a normal rollercoaster (if the term can even be thrown at Phantasialand) or are there trick elements to this ride?
JoshC.
There are still rumours of drop track near the end of circuit (further fuelled by the park saying 'there's a surprise at the end'), but nothing confirmed yet.

L7123456
I need to one day somehow ride this coaster. It looks amazing, not too slow at all. As for a drop element, that would be great [emoji108] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Tom
Hmm considering that video could have been filmed by the park a little while ago and only just released.. Late May opening?
JoshC.
Testing video from yesterday... Back row on this is going to be fab! Also, the park have released a image of Raik's train... Kerfuffle
Mitchada04
So Mako which is yet to test opens 10th June. This with its complete area and a fully testing ride must be looking at late May opening? As long as its good by July 2nd I'm happy David B and Mysterio Ka

Matt 236
That train looks even more fab! This ride looks like it's going to feature quite a lot of airtime. I can't contain my excitement. David B

Charlesberg
Is Taron a 'thrill' or 'family' coaster? I don't really know to much about it so I don't want to make any judgements.
JoshC.
Is Taron a 'thrill' or 'family' coaster? I don't really know to much about it so I don't want to make any judgements. I don't think a height restriction has been announced yet, which would be one way of categorising it. However, since it's been announced that it's going to be the fastest multi launch coaster in Europe (so greater than 62mph), it seems pretty reasonable to suggest this will be a thrill coaster. Hence why they're adding Raik too, for a family coaster to help balance things out. Mysterio Ka and David B

David B
The park looks really well themed. Definitely on my list of places I plan to visit soon. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Mark9
It's an incredible park that is constantly refining and updating. All the old gutter rides are slowly being removed and replaced with some outstanding stuff. David B
Tom
We need an opening date folks. I predict that this time next year the ride will be operational yeah and David B
Matt 236
It's safe to say that Hollywood, Geiser and Nighthawk are all on borrowed time now. I doubt any of them will still exist in the next 3-5 years. I wonder what the next move for the park will be after this? surely some new attraction is bound for the now demolished Atlantis site now [maybe a small dark ride]. Think I heard a while back they're trying one more time for the water park and hotel extension, but I know it's been very difficult for the park to get planning for those [or anything outside the theme park footprint in general]. Matt 236
I'm looking at doing Phantasialand later this year with a couple of people for the first time. What's the best thing accomodation wise? Normally I tend to slum it on these trips [due to tight budgets], but the park's hotels look remarkably nice and cheap too. Would this be the best option even on a budget? What's the easiest/cheapest way to get to the park from Cologne transportwise, is it comparable to getting t Efteling? Will probably be a 1.5-2 day trip. What is the best/cheapest option for park tickets? David B
