Aliice.
I just wanted to know if anyone else has noticed the legend Michael. On my last two visits I have noticed him working on Vortex in his very unique way Was just wondering if anyone knew him, if he's part of TPM or even if anyone else notices his antics while loading the ride Omg I love him Last time I went to Thorpe, I saw him at Stealth taking the bags and as ride host on Vortex. Legend ;D
d.m.k
Oh good, I'm glad it's not just me who's come across how much of a legend this man is
TraX
Hope we've all informed GS how good he is at his job? He'd be very happy to read these boards!

th13teen
I never realised that vortex only runs 350 people per hour! No wonder the queue is usually an age!
Mr.man
The queue has normally been sooo short when I have been? :/
Lewis.
It had no queue at all on tuesday.Vortex is great when you get lots of swings, and I know it probably wasn't but it felt faster :DP.S The ride op's were totally flirting."Sorry guys I can't start the ride until I have the key"Get a room for your key-play
Laelda_95
I just don't get a thrill from it, it makes me feel sick, but I'll go on it if everyone in my group is going to.
trippy
I just don't get a thrill from it, it makes me feel sick, but I'll go on it if everyone in my group is going to.same its the only ride I have been on that I wont go on again I used to be fine with it but lately I get really ill and it ruins my day if I go on it :/
Laelda_95
Hmm, I have a sick phobia, and last time I went on it, the person opposite me was going green, and gagging. It just seems pointless, and I don't think spinning rides are that good, anyways, except for slammer.

Ricky
Soo, Lets talk about zodiac & Slammer I love Slammer, just the best flat ride at TP right? Wait a second.... vortex....
Laelda_95
Zodiac just hacks me off! What could be more awkward than being forced into a pod with someone elses knees impeding your personal space. I had to go on it once with a really creppy guy; Not pleasant.Slammer is immense. Laelda_95
Something happened on Vortex today, about 10 staff members ran to the ride, and wouldn't let us anywhere near it.. Does anyone know what this could have been about?
Mr.man
Sounds pretty dangerous!?
Benin
So dangerous that we've heard nothing all weekend?Could have been anything, and since we've had no news reports from anyone, then well, it's safe to say nothing of importance was lost... Zappomatic
On Sunday the restraints decided to shut themselves as people were getting off, trapping some people half in and half out of the seat and clonking quite a few on the head - looked painful! They had to use a battery pack to release them. Guess something must have tripped and the restraints fail-safed into the locked position.
