March 13, 20187 yr comment_256550 At least it looks... better... I really like this new “theming” around the entrance, but dislike that this is going to most likely result in another delay in a new entrance...

March 15, 20187 yr comment_256614 Whatever they are doing it should at least be an improvement over it was like before. Hopefully the park park will eventually extensively update/rebuild the entrance area, however I expect that is still several years away.

March 15, 20187 yr comment_256623 Looks like they might be closing the resort and canceling passholders day. Considering the forecast it's probably for the best.
March 15, 20187 yr comment_256625 I miss the days when only Detonator and Slammer operated at a snowed in park. Oh well.

March 23, 20187 yr comment_256796 Stealth and Colossus have 1.96m restrictions that they didn't have last season listed on the website. As someone who's over this limit and has been riding these for years, this is an extremely, extremely confusing move. https://www.thorpepark.com/rides/stealth

March 23, 20187 yr comment_256801 Wish they hurry up and fix the link to pre register for the ride access pass. I already sent a DM to them on Wendesday about this and heard nothing back from them still. Crazy
March 23, 20187 yr comment_256804 Has Slammer been taken down now? Nice seeing parl back back open. Not been for a few years but would love to go again.

March 25, 20187 yr comment_256822 Can someone note if there's any maximum height signage or sticks on Stealth or Colossus? The website says these are new restrictions but the map doesn't.
March 25, 20187 yr comment_256832 I’ve noticed Thorpe have started going cashless to speed up payment. Also enjoy the straws while you can! Chessington have already got rid of them. Hopefully we’ll at least get paper alternatives.

So if you’ve been riding and you’re over that height then you’ve got away with not being checked.
March 27, 20187 yr comment_256902 For those wishing to visit from 4pm on the 10pm closing time dates in August the park have evening only tickets for just a tenner making it one of the cheapest theme park tickets available (if not the cheapest) in the UK. Thats a true bargain and can see the late night evenings being very popular now. Even £15 would have been a bargain!
