While my perception of the ride has somewhat changed slightly in recent years, Inferno left me absolutely speechless when I rode it for the first time. I thought it was an incredible experience. However back then the only real thing I had to compare it to was a wild mouse and the Legoland Dragon coaster. ^_^

Having never experienced them before, I loved the mist effects. Was a real treat for me when I rode it earlier this week.

Personally the one thing I have always thought Inferno lacks is those heater effects. If I'am not mistaken there are some in the Legoland Dragon ride just before the coaster goes outside.

Considering Inferno is about a volcano and its heat etc, I'am surprised the park never chose to install them. Having said that, I don't know where they would go. There isn't exactly a "darkride" element to Inferno like there is on the Dragon Coaster.
