Every song has it's emotions attached! They can be motivating, enlightening...or even depressing. What songs bring what emotions whenever you hear them? Post them here! This song is the get-up-and-go for me. I listen to this album every morning en route to college and this is the first track...and heck is it a great song! Though I'm a huge fan of this song, there's still something about it that makes it rather depressing.

Right seeing as people are clashing on the rant topic about Lady Gaga talk, here is a topic for the people who like Lady G to talk in. I know it's separate and all that but it gives other people a chance to talk about new music that's not Lady G. So post away my pretties and have fun. :(No negativity in this topic, it's separate you don't have to click on it so no negative things.

So as I'm a little bit of an Apple Geek, I know for one thing I will be getting my Apple Watch next year. However I have also been with an iPhone for so long and am used to the way it works I am technically 'stuck' with the brand. However I have never really found any fault with the company in recent years and why change to that thing called android when your perfectly happy with IOS. Plus Iphone 6 Plus will have a nice big screen so I think I'll be upgrading my 4S next year too . So yes the Title may be Apple (As that is by far the better brand ) but as there are these other technologies that some crazy people think is better for some reason, I thought we should…

Hi all, With it being Halloween and all, a lot of the topics have turned to the scary theme. With things like mckamey manor being discussed as well as fright nights and other events, I thought I would bring up this TV show. It's called release the hounds and it's where British contestants take part in a series of challenges in order to collect keys which then unlock chests containing cash. At the end of the show, the person with the furthest head start against the hounds will take on the run and have to try and escape the dogs, who ovbiously attack you if they catch you. The show is about teamwork and working together however has a Halloween theme, meaning that all the …

Interesting music video, where someone uses the equipment in an expert manner, but, never mind that, watch the dog. http://www.dump.com/feelcover/

I wouldn't usually post this on here, but promo is promo and the more places I put it, the more feedback I'm likely to get I don't know if this is the right section so apologies if it isn't. Maybe every time I have something new, I'll just update this thread, any constructive feedback is appreciated, and this particular song I wrote after watching a movie yesterday, lyrics first, and the music today so it is really rough and still a work in progress.

If you've not come across Pentatonix, they are a fabulous American group who sing almost entirely A Capella, or Accappella, depending which dictionary one uses. Absolutely outstanding......http://pentatonix.org/ and I'll be catching up with them in Oxford on Thursday - which will be entirely different from having seen Rick Wakeman last week giving a live performance of "Journey to the Centre of the Earth" at the Royal Albert Hall.

If you are like me, You have gone out and bought a reasonable camera, and then pointed it at your coaster of choice and produced a rubbish photo. For me, it's always when the weather isn't sunny. I got to the stage of being really dejected during the last Live feed that all of my night shots were.. dire. Then Mark (head of the Nerds) said "Do you know about the manual mode?".. My response was Urmm. Anyway. He did some bits and bobs to my camera and I managed to take : Did I really understand what he did? I have to admit Nope. I know he changed the ISO to a low number and then had me jiggle a dial but I hadn't a clue why. Well not till this lunch time when I found t…

Wasn't really sure if it fit in to discuss in the music topic Anyone planning on going? (How amazing is the line-up though!) I'm more of a dance music person myself so when I saw some of these announced I almost cried with happiness (Skrillex, Sub focus, Chase & Status, Knife Party, Disclosure & Azealia Banks) and they haven't even anounced the majority of the Dance & 1xtra stages yet!

This topic is dedicated to discussing your favourite films, actors, directors, and all that lovely stuff. I am aware we already have a "movie" thread (I prefer to remain British and call them films!) but that can be just for cinema releases, a seperate thread to discuss favourite films is a good idea. It keeps things tidy and it means people can natter away as much as they want about that favourte film without worrying about clogging up the cinema-y topic. Also a discussion in Skype last night about films which have made people cry made me think about some of my favourite films and I thought "Hmm we need a proper thread to discuss them in!"So...what films have earned a p…

Lately, there is a lot of news flying about how mobile gaming will become more popular in the future. It's already popular today, and there's definitely a future market for it. Some prefer games consoles, whereas some prefer mobile gaming on phones or tablets. Which do you prefer? Lately I am more into more mobile gaming, I'm a big Diamond Dash addict and play every day on my phone, iPad or online. I've always enjoyed games consoles but not to the extreme. My mint-condition PS2 only gathers dust these days, and I should really trade it in.
