  2. Hello people of THORPE PARK MANIA, As we know Saw is a legendary franchise in the film industry and a description of the films The franchise revolves around John Kramer, also called the "Jigsaw Killer" or simply "Jigsaw". He was introduced briefly in Saw and developed in more detail in Saw II. Rather than killing his victims outright, Jigsaw traps them in situations that he calls "tests" or "games" to test their will to live through physical or psychological torture. Despite the fact that John was murdered in Saw III, the films continue to focus on the posthumous influence of the Jigsaw Killer and his apprentices by exploring his character via flashbacks. …

I just tried to telephone a family member for the call to be answered "there is a a fault with this line. Telephone 118820 to be connected by an engineer."I googled the number and it is a scam with which some people have been conned out of anything up to £15 a time. WATCH IT!I then rang the original number again and got through.

I thought I would create a quick thread for pictures of the super moon/Lunar eclipse. As the moon rose I was at Enchanted Village (Towers) and got the following: Pacman appeared Unfortunately I live in a place where I wont be able to see the eclypse (western horizon) at 01:00 tonight so wont be able to take any of it

It seems that to everybody that saw or met, heard or heard of, Muhammad Ali, former boxing champion, he was an icon, a legend, hero, ambassador, gentleman, oh yes, and a sports star. He passed away this morning. I doubt that many on this forum will have seen him, most probably never heard of him. I consider that I was lucky to have lived at the same time as he has, as good an example of a cool guy, one will be hard pushed to find. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/opinion/2016/06/04/muhammad-ali-was-an-american-idol-and-a-muslim-read-his-words-on/

So Time has released their shortlist for their choice of person of the year, where name the person who they believe impacted the news the most, be it positively or negatively. Who do you think will win/should win? Or, who do you think should be on the list who wasn't?

Weird topic but many people on here like talking about trains and buses so.... discuss here.Today it seems there's an increase in transport police presence and more terrorist 'be vigilant' announcements at train stations. Wondered if there was some kind of warning for trains? (I know we're on high terrorist alert.)And I hate buses. My bus had been sat at the terminus for ages, yet decided to leave five minutes late. Made my train though, woo.

Now this one is different to school, I thought I would make it specific so that people would know exactly what this is about. I'm facing an issue with the fact that I didn't enjoy my course at Uni, to the point that going back now makes me want to cry and I'm doing all I can to change course. I even have to re-apply through UCAS (!) Now I have the task of choosing the course that I want to be on and the course that is what I want to pursue. Now then onto the topic, this is to help anyone on TPM who's making that all important decision and wants help, a fair few of us here are at Uni and I'm sure there's lots of advice to be given. It's tough to decide but it's not the…

I met a chap at TP on Monday who told me that three years ago he endured "the walk of shame" (his words), by being unable to take a seat on Stealth due to being large. He went away and has shed five stones and is now going to start visiting TP and other parks more often as he is able to ride roller coasters. Proud of his achievement quite rightly, it must be quite distressing for those who cannot shift weight. Me? I'm a lucky so-and-so who has stayed the same weight since I was a yob, some years ago now. With respect to being the wrong size, it does annoy me that people with small children will queue and subject the ride hosts to being seen as "the…

I'm starting to get really tired and fed up with all forum websites, all they seem to be for is for people to mock and attack each other for expressing there opinions when they wouldn't like to be undermined themselves or mocked for there opinion. I used to use digital spy and artl aswell but they both just go irritating and tiresome with all the bitching and sniping if not every comment it was every other comment, so is this all forums are for? I thought they were supposed to be for people to express there opinions freely?

Om nom nom. So right now my mum is cooking one of my favourite meals (chicken casserole) and it gave me the idea for this topic! As the title suggests this does not include restaurants, take-aways or things like McDonalds *cough*Marc*cough* as that would be unoriginal (and we have a seperate topic for it) However it doesn't have to be something that's cooked from scratch; you could say chicken and chips, without having killed, plucked and gutted your own bird or made your own chips My favourite is definitely tuna napolitana Pasta has always been my favourite food for as long as I can remember and this just yummy! My mum admittedly doesn't make the sauce from scratc…

I'm on a nostalgia trip. If you know me its no secret you probably know I'm training on Runaway Train, which incidentally was my first ever rollercoaster back in 1992. Nowadays theme park is dominated by Stealth and ride reliability. Its hard to believe I've been well into coasters for nearly 10 years. So my question to you was when did you really get into rides and attractions and was there a ride that helped push you into it?My story isn't exactly complicated but looking back it was a very humble start. It was June 1998. Having not ridden anything huge for several years, as a small 10 year old I was extremely excited to go back to the "best day out in the South". Upon a…

So, just wondered what you guys think.Do you reckon it is best to not go into further education and go straight into work. Or do you feel that studying gives you a better option for the future. With rising tuition fee's etc. it's an interesting topic.I understand that obviously it depends on what you would like to do (jobwise) but yeah, general answers.

Post your favourite quotes and share them with th community!! I'll start it off: It’s not like love at first sight, really. It’s more like… gravity moves. When you see her, suddenly it’s not the earth holding you here anymore. She does. And nothing matters more than her. And you would do anything for her, be anything for her… You become whatever she needs you to be, whether that’s a protector, or a lover, or a friend, or a brother. Jacob Black, Eclipse
