September 16, 201113 yr comment_123383 Curse and Hellgate not being built. http://www.thorpepark.com/frightnights/The Curse will, however, be returning.. I think we'd all hope that Thorpe wouldn't get rid of two mazes, and only replace them with one.
September 16, 201113 yr comment_123389 I agree. A tent's a tent. It doesn't bother me by being there. There's no real alternative is there? Maybe if they bought a black tent.. but um yeah. A themed tent maybe, some kind of facade perhaps. Not just a tent pretending to be a boat.
September 17, 201113 yr comment_123416 can anyone tell me if the thorpe park express with be running on the fright night preview evening, I'm looking to come from school and leave at 10?cheersI presume you're a staff member? And no.But preview night ftw.
September 17, 201113 yr comment_123425 I didn't go to Fright Nights last year and was wondering if those of you who did could help me. I'm arranging a trip but I'm not sure how busy the first weekend is likely to be. I know none of you are able to predict the future, but how busy was it last year?
September 17, 201113 yr comment_123430 I went on the first saturday of last years event and it was actually very quiet and we had ridden all rides by 3pm and then got on all 4 mazes by about 7:30pm. I even got 8 rerides (had to exit train and then walked straight through gate near the baggage hut) on Stealth at around 9:30pm which has never happened for me ever. I am planning to go the first saturday again this year.
September 17, 201113 yr comment_123432 If any of you are interested the page is still there: http://www.thorpepark.com/frightnights/popups/hellgate.html
September 18, 201113 yr comment_123468 I went on the second weekend on Saturday, and it was so quiet, I rode most mazes more than once and all rides more than once! To top it all off we didnt even enter the park untill gone 2, so it really will be quite for the first 2 weekends but then after that it will just be 2 hour queue 3 hours queue etc!!!

September 22, 201113 yr comment_123692 The doors to Asylum were open today and they were doing some maintenance (see picture below), also they have put up the scary wall thingy and the front door to Asylum that's in that stage area. They were working on the lights when I left :)http://lockerz.com/s/141012344
September 22, 201113 yr comment_123703 Looks pretty spooky, sorry if I sound stupid but I've never been in the Asylum so is that at the start or end of it? I know you said the front door was open, but is that by the doors that say 'keep out' on them or is that specific part pictured in the link at the entrance?
September 22, 201113 yr comment_123711 that picture shows the very ending of the attraction, as your walking or in some cases, running out!
September 23, 201113 yr comment_123742 Forgot to mention that in my TR from Wednesday actually, the front door of the Asylum was open then as I walked past - very exciting to be able to see that sign on the wall and just imagine turning left and walking down that corridor
September 26, 201113 yr comment_123881 I'm actually really excited for fright nights. I'm going on the 14th after school with my mate who hates mazes..Could be interesting
October 2, 201113 yr comment_124136 You know on the 6th? Annual Pass holders can get free entrance.. They sent me a confirmation thing, with a code and stuff. I dont have a printer, so if I just get the code from it, will that be okay?
October 3, 201113 yr comment_124191 I know this may sound stupid, but if I have a standard Merlin annual pass and I'm going on the 8th, do I have to pay the £5 reservation fee? Or could I turn up and use my annual pass as normal without having payed the fee? It's not very clear on the website.

October 3, 201113 yr comment_124193 Find haunting figures and twisted Birthday surprises whilst you find your way around park.Be careful not to get lost...from Thorpe's websitealsoSince the thorpe park website has no option to book a FN ticket for a thorpe park annual pass, my mum bought the one for the merlin annual pass.. Should this be okay?
October 4, 201113 yr comment_124242 BARRY AND STUARTComedy magicians Barry and Stuart are returning for a second year of dark trickery; not for the faint-hearted!Shows at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm on 21st-30th October. They were excellent last time, exciting times!
October 4, 201113 yr comment_124269 ^ Yes, Barry and Steward are pretty amazing. I love magic, I love comedy, I love sick stuff. They really must not be missed (if your not too squeamish!)
October 5, 201113 yr comment_124299 Anyone coming to the ScareTOUR trip with exclusive behind the scenes access to Experiment 10?http://scaretour.weebly.com/thorpe-park-experiment-10-exclusive-1410.html
October 6, 201113 yr comment_124301 ^ I take it you're at Broadditch on the 13th, for Press Night? You're in for a treat. Heard some early reviews from Staff Preview evening about experiment 10 and they have all been tremendous and glowing. One comment described it as on "another level". Looking forward to reviews from tomorrow evening and onwards.

One comment described it as on "another level". Looking forward to reviews from tomorrow evening and onwards. Same. There's such a huge difference between staff getting a free go with no queues and paying people having to wait in long lines for a go. One remembers how loved Seven was when it first opened in 2005...
October 6, 201113 yr comment_124312 Couple of questions! This will be my first fright nights (8th) and I'm not too sure how to go about it, I have a premium annual pass so if I'm right in thinking I can just turn up and go in? My mate on the other hand only has a Standard pass, do we have to call up and get it sorted? (the £5 extra he has to pay) or can he pay on the door when he arrives? Also got two other mates interested in going, are they able to still do 2 for 1's?
