Flipper
They should have had Storm Surge Next to Inferno thus keeping octopus gardens and not ruining the Skyline They should have kept Storm Surge in Florida where people don't care about sitting in paddling pools fully clothed because its warm... Dodge2002
For the record, they've followed through with fixing the ear splitting lift conveyer squeek, it's leaking even more than usual now though....
tomglazed
Come summer, people will be swarming around those leaks to cool off . An IT lecturer has taught me "there is no such things as flaws or bugs, they are just features"... So remember that next time a ride breaks down, that's a feature Project LC, StealthRider, James & Co. and 1 other

Cal
all the effects on storm surge are back up and running now That's good, it's been a while. Has it got the queue line audio yet?
EddieGreen
We waited 40+ minutes to go on this the other week. There were pads to give spin but is was pretty dull. The staff were talking with each other and gave the impression they were not interested in the riders. However they also had to spend a huge amount of time emptying the boats of water. Overall a bit wet.

AdventureRyan
Always wondered why they didn't just connect the WWTP Radio, Amity Side loop up to the speakers in Storm Surge's queue line, would be far better than that irritating nonsense that they play. I actually quite like the Storm Surge music (probably about the only thing I do like about the ride...). It's just a shame you can hardly ever hear it over the noise the lift hill makes... It's just a shame you can hardly ever hear it over the noise the lift hill makes... I've never heard it, I just thought they didn't play it. But I've never actually queued for Storm Surge. I'll only ever go on it if it's just re opened or it has no queue. Do they play it in the station? Never heard it there
Ricky
It currently plays in the ride area. If you said by the fencing near the pipes you should be able to hear it.
Kerfuffle
Why can't Storm Surge have stayed where it was? I'm pretty sure it would blend in PERFECTLY if it were at Legoland Florida! That thing stands out like a sore thumb nowadays, surrounded by rides/scenery that are meant to have a storm-struck appearance!
Whatever
According to wikipedia, it is a fairground ride set up to make use of the flood waters at Amity Bay. But I f they destroyed it, not only would it be better for the park, it would be better for themeing! Kerfuffle

JoshC.
South Parks said that Storm Surge is gonna be relocated, but where? I can't see anywhere on SP they've said that? If it were moving, we'd see have seen a planning application by now, not to mention work on SS being dismantled.

Mark9
Maybe they plan to sink it in the Atlantic. That would be a vast improvement.
