pluk
I think the main problem would be your spine exiting your body via your neck, leaving your shoulders in the restraints. That would sting a bit. Rach666, L7123456, Olistjj and 3 others
CharlieN
No, I'm sorry, this coaster would not be safe. Unique concept though.

Mattgwise
Well it looks better than SW8Â
yeah
That's better, but I think if Thorpe got a woodie it'd have an inversion. Wouldn't mind it at Chessie lol.
L7123456
If Thorpe get a woodie, it needs to be an RMC. Preferably a hybrid with inversions. Something similar to the Joker on the Loggers site themed around Old Town would be great imo. 400400 and CharlieN
CharlieN
^Agree. Inversions and a possible launch seem much more marketable to TP's audience than a classic woodie. L7123456

Tom Stoker
In all honesty, I could see anything come to Thorpe in the next few years, but I think what we all want to see is a wooden roller coaster, especially by either RMC, GCI or Gravity Group. A modern wooden roller coaster is something that is desperately needed in the UK. Yes, we have SW8 coming to Alton Towers in 2018, but that seems like more of a family wooden roller coaster. A massive thrilling wooden coaster would be a perfect for any Merlin park, but particularly Thorpe Park as they thrive on building some of the most thrilling rides in Europe.
RobF
Thorpe could go for a 2-4-1  or a deal and get both a thill and family woodie with interwinding layouts

Project LC
Well this is the next major investment thread... With the roaring success of the problem free ghost train (sarcasm) I doubt they are planning a 2nd.

Benin
We've got 3/4 years of this cryptic message nonsense? Matt 236
Well we know already that the one after WC16, will be Derren Brown's Ghost Train 2. Â The WC16 tagline was actually for the toilet refurbishment near the Thorpe Store, considering the code name WC16.
