JackR
I thought they would have had the plane in very large parts as a pose to smaller bits? I thought they would transport either whole wings or parts of wings/ body then put them in to save them piecing it all together in small parts?Oh well if that is the plane then I pardon my self for being wrong

Mark9
Got a lot of love for Theme UK with these updates. Always said that Themeuk is one of the best websites on the web for UK theme parks. Updates like what they've done for Swarm just show how far it's come. Benin
I got a Masters Degree in Engineering for THIS!Bloody excellent, been too long since an addition to the UK has gotten everyone this excited. And looked this pretty.
AdamY
You know, looking at all these pictures of beautiful B&M track going up makes me remember those olden days of yore when we were speculating about what LC12 would be - and the people who said there wouldn't be another B&M in this country for a very long time. Thinking of that then seeing this makes me happy Coaster XTREME and Drawin
Doc
This looks amazing. I just hope that the ride experience itself will be as fun as it looks to be from the pictures.Looks like this is going to be the most imposing coaster Thorpe have due to its dark menacing colours and huge height. Also great to see a B&M in the UK after all these years. BenC
The last construction update for the 2011 Season is now up at Total Thorpe Park - so much has happened since our last update only 2 weeks ago!And the Swarm does look pretty imposing in the hazy night sky... Sidders
I love that inclined loop-helix transition. Judging by the way Raptor picks up speed entering it's swamp-encircling helix (even with the trim on), this looks like there'll be quite a bit of speed through The Swarm's helix, before the corkscrew draws it all out for the slower inline twist. Great photos Ben! BenC

Benin
Dev diary says it's all complete for the inclined loop. Good to see one over here considering how rare they are in general.
Mark9
Woah Woah Woah! Desite loving this project, I've never really taken any notice of its actual layout. Looking back at those drawings in planning permission, the finished product looks absolutely stunning. The speed that trains going to be flying out of that inline, into the inclined loop and into that ground hugging helix is going to make Inferno, Saw, Colossus and Raptor look like trial runs. I would be incredibly surprised if a second trim doesn't pop up after the inclined loop if I'm honest.Even if it does this is going to be a very fast, action packed ride. Sidders
I must I did think that :L I wondered for a moment where all the scaffolding had gone! But the biggest give-away was the missing box support - the footer of which can just be seen behind the skip in the photo from the Developer's Diary. Very odd that they would do this... Benin
Because there are people (like myself) who won't notice these small differences between time frames. Don't forget there are a lot of non-enthusiasts following the page as well/At least they're providing us with on-site imagery. Better than none at all. pluk
So do we have any opportunity for updates now other than what the park feed us? I can't imagine much (other than the tall parts which are complete already) is visible from anywhere on the park perimeter. As much as I want to see the progress it would be kind of good if they didn't show us anything beyond track completion, just have to turn up on the day and see at what point the budget ran out all that lovely lovely theming without any spoilers to what it will actually look like.
