So basically I'm on a mission to lose enough weight so that I can visit Blackpool and enjoy all the pleasure beach rides. However, no specific requirements are given for BPB, however I have found Alton Towers maximum CHEST is 48 inches so for now that is my goal. That said, is it possible BPB could have a higher or even lower chest capacity? Also most of my weight is on my stomach so rather than measuring my chest I'm best off measuring that... right?

Hi all, My annual pass will be expiring in less than a months time and I was wondering what the best and cheapest way would be to renew it. I currently hold a premium pass, but due to greater expenses this year may have to downgrade to a standard which is something I don't really wish to do because it would mean paying for parking and £5 every time I visit a fright night. I wish to pay at least 30% less than full price, what's the best way to get pass reductions at this time of year?

So I have a merlin Annual pass and there's the family and friends deal on it. Thorpe insists that the cheapest tickets are always online if you book in advance. Which one is cheaper, and does anyone know the prices for this season?

Can it be accessed from the main road at the front of thorpe park, or do you have to walk around to Thorpe village?

Do queue times affect your time at thorpe park. Due to me still being at school, and my 2 younger brothers are not tall enough to ride rides at thorpe park, my parents rather go Alton Towers as it has rides for me and my brothers. However, I go thorpe park once a year with my school. This is obviously a busy times. However, I do see that Thorpe Park are less organised than the towers, with queueing systems. Here is an example of differences of queue times. my friend has a bad back and she is going to Thorpe on the 25th of July for stereo kicks and she's gonna ride some of the rides with them but she just realised some of the rides dont let you on if you have a bad back. what rides are ok to ride if you have back problems??? many thanks

Hi guys So my Merlin Annual Pass is up for renewal next month. I found out it will cost £111.something to renew for the year. Now, having had the pass nearly a year I've been to Thorpe about 15 times and once to Chessington. Bit of background - I work during the week and always go to Thorpe then and take a day's holiday as I have a quite a few to use up. I have a little girl who is 2 next month and only 90cm tall and a husband that hates theme parks. Hi everyone, I am planning on visiting this weekend with a 2 hour journey and was wondering what rides are usually affected by cold temperatures as the forecast is predicting temperatures of 1 -3 degrees throughout the day? Do any rides not open at all or does Thorpe usually manage to open all rides by the end of the 8 hour day? I've never been to Thorpe in the cold before so am anxious about my friends getting to ride everything. Many Thanks

As of this year it is 10 years of Stealth being open, and the start of the 2016 season Stealth was up and running but for the last 2-3 months it has been unavalible or only open for 10-20 mins. As when I went to thorpe park at the end of August It was only open for 10 mins at the end of the day and it has been closed for a while or been open for short periods of time.Please could you tell me why Stealth is currently closed that would be brilliant. Really random, but one thing I noticed at the annual pass day was that on empty seats, and running empty trains, the staff done up the buckles on the restraints, and when someone didn't do it on Detonator, the operator said on the mic that he needs to. Is this a new rule for 2014? As I always thought they never used to, on Detonator I used to see the straps flying upwards when it dropped.

When you are in Thorpe Park, can you but next day tickets at a reduced rate like you can at Alton Towers?

Another quick question here for the people who've visited the park this season.Does the song actually play near the ride? All the YM@6 fans seem to be under the impression that it plays in the queuelines and if it does I won't be a happy bunny xD

Hi everyone, Just wondering how wide the seats are on most of the rides at Thorpe Park? Not too worried about the ones such as Loggers Leap or Tidal Wave, but I'm more concerned about ones like Nemesis, Colossus etc. The reason I ask is that.. How can I explain it.. I'm a larger lady, I have a small waist but bigger bottom half. Similar to Homer Simpson, only with a smaller waist and more hair on my head.. Thank you for any help! X

Hi there every one this might sound silly but is quite embarrising I'm 6ft tall and a size 24 waist dose this limit me to any of the main coasters as I dont want to be embarresed when I get there, please can anyone help me as soon as possible :)also I have JUST signed up for this question - HOW ON EARTH did it have my CJG logo????? lol
